What we process
We process account and workspace details, monitoring targets and results, incident history, alert destinations, delivery records and security audit events. The existing authentication provider processes credentials and sessions. LiveDashboard verifies mailbox ownership before workspace access. Cloudflare hosts monitoring and dashboard data.
How we use it
We use this information to provide monitoring, verify access, deliver requested service notifications, prevent abuse and support your account. Selected service names and status become public only when an administrator publishes a status page and marks those monitors public.
Retention and control
Check and alert-delivery history remains available with your account; contact support to discuss data retention or deletion. Account settings and incident history remain while your account is active. Contact support to request account deletion or an export. Your browser stores the login session and your display preferences. Protect integration keys and private heartbeat URLs.
